Michael Wutzke (Mike) is a strategic thinker, blockchain believer, and the initiator of Finance Loop. He focuses on advancing the future of finance through digital assets, tokenization, and emerging technologies.
In recent years, Michael worked full time for a Web3 company in a growth oriented IT leadership role. Today, he shapes the financial industry by building bridges between traditional finance and Web3 and by helping organizations navigate emerging technologies with clarity and practical insight.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in developing IT solutions for the finance sector, combining technical depth with an ability to translate complex concepts for decision makers. He has participated in many digital asset events worldwide and is recognized for connecting people, identifying opportunities, and turning ideas into structured outcomes.

In the last years, Michael Wutzke was engaged with a wide range of big brands from the traditional finance sector and blockchain companies, for example exchanges, banks, asset managers, and startups.
Michael understands that the challenges ahead are not just technical; they also involve critical elements such as strategic goal setting, product marketing, and operational execution. Michael emphasizes that success will come from having the right people who can deliver the right products at the right time for the right audience.

DTIF PAC Member
Mike is a member of the the Digital Token Identifier Foundation (DTIF) Product Advisory Committee who is acting as an exclusive Registration Authority for the ISO – International Organization for Standardization standard concerning Digital Token Identifiers (DTIs).
A key role of the DTIF Product Advisory Committee is to support the development of the ISO 24165 DTI standard for the crypto and digital assets space. The PAC provides a forum for industry to discuss how future regulatory changes will impact the crypto-market landscape. Other key objectives of the PAC are to provide recommendations on the ISO DTI implementation to DTIF, and to arbitrate disputes related to DTI issuance.
The scope of work includes providing advice on the utilisation of DTIs, on the issuance process for DTIs, as well as to advise DTIF on the implementation of future product enhancements to support registration authority responsibilities.

Michael Wutzke is a strong believer that bitcoin and smart contract powered blockchains can fulfill a wide range of demands the finance industry and beyond have. As a result, digital assets and blockchain systems offer a tremendous potential.
Michael is committed to ensuring that more people understand Bitcoin as a form of investment. He is a Founding Member of the German Bitcoin Association (BTCBV) and Member of their Educational Committee.
