Finance Loop can organize in-person events in the field of finance and emerging technologies in Germany or other European locations. A Hosted Event can be a panel discussion or presentation and may contain options services like drinks and fingerfood. Just attend and present, we'll do the rest.
Hosted Event
You can host an in-person event in a major European city and present relevant topics to an audience of professionals from finance, digital assets, and the broader fintech ecosystem. The venue capacity typically ranges from 100 to 200 people, and a standard event lasts between 2 to 3 hours.
You fully decide the event format and speakers. Finance Loop can support you in inviting the right audience and will assist you in delivering a successful experience. The venue cost will be added to this pricing, depending on type and location. Ask the team for venue suggestions based on your budget.

Optional Services
Finance Loop will provide the venue for your Hosted Event ready-to-present for you, including staff, ticket checks, support you during the presentation, and clean the space afterwards. The following services are available as add-on services:
- drinks and waiters: +1000€ (optional)
- finger food via catering company: +2000€ (optional)
- invite relevant guests: +3000€ (optional)
- video recording and its promotion: +3000€ (optional)

Finance Loop can conduct tailored roadshows across Germany focused on blockchain technology, digital assets, and cryptocurrencies. Events can be hosted in prime locations for maximum visibility and reach, with curated speakers and high-quality production.
For smaller budgets or targeted audiences, Finance Loop also arranges off-market venues with an authentic community feel. Whether you aim for 50 participants or 200, the setup is flexible and aligned with your objectives.
