Lenny Montano

Lenny Montano is an Innovation Strategist at Finance Loop. She brings experience in fintech, innovation, strategic partnerships and marketing to the intersection of finance and technology.

Her work has included building strategic business relationships and developing sponsorship and marketing initiatives with Cisco teams. She has mentored women entrepreneurs through the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, coached in Pavilion’s tech community and collaborated with Techstars to support tech talent and early business ideas. As a community member of the Digital Euro Association, she engages with topics around the digital euro and digital money.

Lenny’s fintech and blockchain background includes technical marketing leadership at COMECO (Sparda Bank Investments), strategy and operations at Semada Labs, co-founding Collab Protocol, and program and innovation roles at Cisco, as well as SaaS operations leadership at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Her separate self-employed work with Lovable centers on organic social-media strategies and analytics. She is the founder of WorkMentality Innovation.
