Fiews

Fiews is a blockchain infrastructure company that runs nodes and validators for DeFi protocols, blockchain networks and institutions. These customers use the nodes when they need oracle data, network access or staking that stays online around the clock. The company was founded in 2018, trades as Fiews LLC and runs its own bare-metal servers in several data centers.

Fiews was one of the first node operators when Chainlink went live on mainnet in 2019. Its nodes now serve Data Feeds, Data Streams, Proof of Reserve and the cross-chain protocol CCIP, and Fiews supports DeFi protocols on more than 60 blockchains. In 2020 Chainlink awarded Fiews a community grant to expand its role as an infrastructure provider.

Among the first Chainlink node operators

When Chainlink launched on Ethereum mainnet in 2019, Fiews was one of its first node operators. In the same year Fiews started an Ethereum RPC service with a free and a premium tier, which gave other Chainlink node operators and DeFi protocols access to Ethereum without running their own client. Between 2021 and 2022 Fiews extended this RPC service to BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche and Polygon.

CCIP, Data Feeds and Proof of Reserve

Fiews takes part in each new Chainlink product launch and supports CRE, CCIP, Data Feeds, Data Streams and Proof of Reserve. CCIP, the Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol, carries tokens and cross-chain messages between blockchains. With Proof of Reserve, a node reports onchain whether the assets behind a token exist, and CRE, the Chainlink Runtime Environment, combines these services into one workflow.

Fiews runs these nodes with high availability, monitoring around the clock and an incident response process. A price feed that stops updating can freeze a lending protocol, because liquidations and new loans depend on the latest price.

Fiews staking and validators

Next to its Chainlink work, Fiews runs validator nodes on other networks. In 2024 Fiews joined the testnet of Allora, a decentralized AI network, as a validator operator. In 2025 Fiews ran distributed validator clusters on Ethereum mainnet for the Simple DVT module of Lido, built on SSV, which spreads each validator over several independent operators.

Distributed validator technology adds operator diversity and geographic distribution to Ethereum staking, because no single company holds the full signing key of a validator. Fiews monitored the performance and attestation effectiveness of its clusters continuously.

Own hardware and cloud capacity

Fiews owns and manages its enterprise servers end to end and spreads them over several data centers for failover. A hybrid setup adds capacity from more than one cloud provider when demand rises.

What is Fiews LLC?

Fiews LLC is the company that operates Fiews, a provider of blockchain nodes and validators founded in 2018. Partners in more than 60 blockchain ecosystems use its infrastructure, from Ethereum and Solana to layer-2 networks such as Base, Arbitrum and Optimism.

What does a Chainlink node operator need?

A Chainlink node operator needs the node software, a reliable connection to every blockchain it serves, paid access to the data sources it reports and monitoring that raises an alarm when a node falls behind. Operators that serve Data Feeds also stake LINK, which they can lose after a valid alert about a feed.

How do you become a Chainlink node operator?

Anyone can install the open-source Chainlink node software and answer data requests from smart contracts on a blockchain. Joining the operator group of a production data feed is a separate step, and the selection looks at the uptime and security record of the operator.

Fiews and Finance Loop

Finance Loop covers oracle networks and node infrastructure in the track Investment & Digital Assets. Fiews has run Chainlink nodes since the network launched on mainnet and supplies the price and reserve data that DeFi protocols read.

Finance Loop is a professional network and has the goal of driving the adoption of emerging technologies in finance, such as AI, tokenization, stablecoins, and DeFi. Finance Loop helps its members build skills and personal networks in these fields: Investment & Digital Assets, Payments & Digital Money, Digital Infrastructure & Sovereignty, and Risk & Compliance.
