GM, FFM!
GM, FFM! e.V. is a registered nonprofit association in Frankfurt am Main. In its own words it is dedicated to promoting and spreading web3 technologies and decentralization in the Rhine-Main region, and its website calls it the Frankfurt Web3 Community.
Under its statutes the association builds and looks after a web3 community through regular educational events. The events are meant to make digital innovation more visible and better understood and to carry knowledge and technology transfer into the regional economy.
Community events
GM, FFM! numbers its own topic events. The kickoff on January 20, 2023 brought web3 enthusiasts, developers and founders together. Event #2 on April 12, 2023, "Gaming & Metaverse", was a beginner workshop on blockchain and cryptocurrency basics. Event #3 on February 22, 2024, "Artificial Intelligence & Web3", introduced tokenization. Event #5 on May 15, 2025 was on staking and how it shapes governance, tokenomics and behavior in web3; staking providers in Europe lists who offers it.
The association also runs events with others. On August 23, 2024 it held an evening on the Solana ecosystem with Solana Superteam Germany (Solana in Germany). On February 12, 2025 it hosted a Female Finance Night for women in finance and blockchain together with the dfv (women in finance in Frankfurt).
At the Euro Finance Week
GM, FFM! has taken part in the Euro Finance Week every year since 2023. In 2023 it organized a pitch event for web3 startups from the Frankfurt area as a partner of the week. In 2024 the dfv Euro Finance Group ran its Tech Day together with GM, FFM! and announced it in a press release as the first joint web3 conference in Frankfurt. In 2025 GM, FFM! brought the panel "DeFi for the People" to the Tech Day, on who actually uses decentralized finance, and the day's Female Finance Lunch ran in cooperation with GM, FFM!.
For 2026 the organizer lists GM, FFM! as a networking partner of the EURO FINANCE Tech Day on November 18, 2026 and as a network and media partner of the 29th Euro Finance Week. The chairwoman of GM, FFM! co-hosts the Female Finance Lunch on the Tech Day.
WhatsApp group and ecosystem map
The association's WhatsApp group is its main channel for news, discussion and new event dates. Its website also has a Web3 Ecosystem Map of its network, "from DeFi to NFTs to DAOs" in the association's words. Finance Loop describes the same scene on crypto in Frankfurt, blockchain in Frankfurt and DeFi in Frankfurt. The Berlin counterpart is on web3 in Berlin.

GM, FFM! and Finance Loop
Finance Loop is the meeting place in Frankfurt for digital assets in banking and investment, from tokenized securities and stablecoins to DeFi, with meetups and panels in its event calendar and on networking events in Frankfurt.
