Launchnodes
Launchnodes is a London company that helps institutions and businesses run their own Ethereum validator nodes instead of handing staking to a third party. The company sets up the infrastructure, secures it to institutional standards and can train the internal team of a client to operate it. Launchnodes also runs nodes and builds applications for the Canton Network, a blockchain for regulated financial institutions.
Launchnodes was founded in 2020, and Jaydeep Korde leads it as chief executive. In 2023 Lido chose Launchnodes in the fifth wave of its operator selection as one of its node operators on Ethereum. Launchnodes gives part of its profits to social projects that run under the name Impact Staking.
Ethereum staking for institutions
Launchnodes works for clients that want to own their validator setup and keep their keys in-house. The validators run on AWS, on bare-metal servers or in the data center of the client, and a new staking interface followed in June 2025. The service covers the node setup, security protocols for institutions, vault and resilience options, and support until the internal team takes over.
Banks and asset managers that want to understand the technology first can book a one-day Ethereum staking workshop through the AWS Marketplace. Launchnodes also runs validators for the Community Staking Module of Lido and supplies white-label staking infrastructure to platforms that serve their own customers.
Canton Network nodes and tokenization
For the Canton Network Launchnodes runs node infrastructure and builds applications in DAML, the smart contract language of the network. Its products for Canton include a tokenization engine, a vault with time locks for Canton Coin, a key management driver and an external signer. A bridge between Canton and Ethereum is part of the same offer for institutions that use both networks.

What is Impact Staking?
Impact Staking sends the rewards from ether staked through Lido, and stablecoin yield from Aave, to a social project while the donor keeps the principal. The partners include the UNICEF Venture Fund, Giga, UNHCR, Mercy Corps Ventures and GiveDirectly. Earlier projects paid for school internet connections with UNICEF and for tablets with Save the Children.

Launchnodes Limited is a private company registered in England with an address on Shelton Street in Covent Garden, London. When Lido added it to the operator set in 2023, Lido described Launchnodes as an orchestration layer that lets enterprises and individuals solo stake Ethereum at scale.
