Paris Europlace

Paris Europlace is the association that promotes the Paris financial center in France and abroad, and it was created in 1993. More than 500 organizations belong to it, among them banks, insurers, asset managers, market infrastructures, fintechs, industrial companies, law and consulting firms and public bodies.

In its commissions, committees and working groups, members agree on joint positions of the Paris financial center and present them to public authorities in France, in Europe and in other regions. Paris Europlace also runs an institute for sustainable finance and Finance Innovation, which supports young finance companies.

Paris Finance Forum

International finance professionals exchanging ideas in a bright Paris business innovation venue

The Paris Finance Forum is the annual event of the Paris financial center and was organized by Paris Europlace for the 34th time in 2026. Investors, company executives, bankers, insurers, asset managers and policymakers meet there for a day of debates on finance in Europe. Earlier editions, such as the forum of 2021, carried the name Paris Europlace International Financial Forum.

Forum in Tokyo

Paris Europlace also holds an international financial forum in Tokyo, which took place for the 25th time in November 2022 at the Imperial Hotel. French, European and Japanese financial leaders and policymakers discuss investment opportunities, sustainable finance and financial innovation in Europe and Japan at the forum.

The board of directors of Paris Europlace is chaired by Augustin de Romanet, with Jean Lemierre of BNP Paribas and Yves Perrier of Edmond de Rothschild as vice-chairs.
