Webull Europe

Webull Securities (Europe) B.V. is the Amsterdam investment firm of Webull Corporation, the online broker listed on Nasdaq under the ticker BULL. Under the brand Webull Europe it offers US and European stocks, ETFs and options from €1.50 per investment and without a minimum deposit. The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets supervises the firm under license number 14006336 for investment business.

On 30 June 2026 the Dutch supervisor granted the company an authorization as a crypto-asset service provider under Article 63 of the EU crypto regulation. It covers custody of crypto assets and the reception and transmission of client orders, while a partner exchange executes the trades. Crypto trading at Webull Europe is planned for late 2026, first in the Netherlands, with approval for other EU states still pending.

Authorization by the AFM

The interim MiCA register of ESMA lists Webull Securities (Europe) B.V., Kraijenhoffstraat 137A in Amsterdam, with an authorization of 30 June 2026 from the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets. It names two services, custody and administration of crypto assets for clients and reception and transmission of orders, and one country, the Netherlands. The commercial names in the entry are Webull, Webull Europe, Cashify and RGLTD.

Andries van Luijk, chief executive of Webull Securities (Europe), said in July 2026 that the firm is one of the first dual-regulated investment firms with MiCAR approval in the Netherlands. Under MiCA in the Netherlands the AFM authorizes crypto-asset service providers, and an authorization from Amsterdam can be passported to the other EU states.

Execution through Coinbase

Clients of Webull Europe will send crypto orders through the Webull platform, and Webull Securities (Europe) will hold the coins in custody for them. The orders are executed through a partnership with Coinbase Luxembourg S.A., the Luxembourg company of Coinbase that holds its own MiCA license.

This split follows the two services in the register: Webull Securities (Europe) receives and transmits the orders and keeps the coins, while execution takes place at the partner. The register entry contains no execution service of its own, which matches this setup.

Stocks, ETFs and options at Webull Europe

Webull Europe today offers US and European stocks, ETFs and options, and clients can invest from €1.50 without a minimum deposit. Accounts funded in euros trade US securities with an automatic currency conversion, and the platform adds extended trading hours and a PaperTrade mode with real-time quotes.

Market data, development and operations of the website come from Webull Technologies Pte. Ltd., and Webull and Webull Securities (Europe) are separate entities under common ownership. Webull Corporation also runs brokers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Japan, Canada and South Africa.

Is Webull available in Europe

Webull Securities (Europe) serves clients from Amsterdam under its AFM license for investment business, and its crypto authorization applies to the Netherlands so far. Passporting approval for the rest of the EU was still pending when the company announced the authorization in July 2026. In October 2026 the ESMA register still listed the Netherlands as the only country for the crypto services.

When crypto trading starts

Webull Europe plans to launch its crypto operations in late 2026, according to the announcement of July 2026. The first clients will be in the Netherlands, where the authorization applies, and other EU states follow once passporting is approved. The announcement named no coins and no fees for the new service.

Crypto wallet at Webull Europe

Under the authorization, Webull Securities (Europe) holds the coins of its clients in custody, so the account works as a custodial wallet inside the Webull app. The announcement does not say whether clients will be able to transfer coins to or from external wallets. Custody stays with the Dutch firm, which the AFM supervises under the crypto authorization.

Bitcoin at Webull Europe

Bitcoin is not yet tradable at Webull Europe, because the crypto service is planned for late 2026 and has not started. The announcement of July 2026 named no coins for the launch, so the first list of assets is still open. Webull users will send their crypto orders through the same platform that they use for stocks and ETFs.

Webull Securities (Europe) B.V.

Webull Securities (Europe) B.V. is registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 87019175 and holds AFM license number 14006336 for investment business. It is also registered with De Nederlandsche Bank and runs the brand Webull Europe from Kraijenhoffstraat 137A in Amsterdam. The crypto authorization of 30 June 2026 adds the status of a crypto-asset service provider under the MiCA regulation.

Webull Europe and Finance Loop

Finance Loop covers brokers that add crypto under MiCA in the Investment & Digital Assets track and their licenses in Risk & Compliance. Webull Europe combines a Dutch investment firm license with a CASP authorization and leaves execution to a partner exchange, a setup that a European broker can compare with connecting to trading venues on its own.

Finance Loop is a professional network and has the goal of driving the institutional use of emerging technologies in finance, such as AI, tokenization, stablecoins, and DeFi. Finance Loop helps its members build skills and personal networks in these fields: Investment & Digital Assets, Payments & Digital Money, Digital Infrastructure & Sovereignty, and Risk & Compliance.
