AI Week Frankfurt Tickets
Tickets for AI Week Frankfurt are sold by the organizer AI Hub Frankfurt through a vivenu ticket shop embedded in the conference site. The 2026 edition, from October 26 to 30 at The Squaire, has four week passes from 499 to 1,999 euros plus VAT. Finance Loop held an official side event of the 2025 edition, whose guests received a discount code.
The four week passes
The organizer's ticket page lists Startup at 499 euros for founders before a Series A round, with verification, Community at 499 euros for partners of AI Hub Frankfurt and professionals, Corporate at 999 euros for enterprise teams and managers, and Executive at 1,999 euros for C-level, vice presidents, senior partners and investors. All prices exclude 19 percent VAT and fees. The page lists no day pass; the FAQ of the conference site answers questions on the sale start, discounts and the upgrade from a day pass to a week pass.
What a pass includes
Every pass covers the opening ceremony on Monday, all stages and the expo from Tuesday to Thursday, the Builders Day with the hackathon on Friday, the community area, the afterwork event, roundtables and the video archive. The Startup and Community passes allow applications for the masterclasses, the Corporate pass includes workshops on all days, and the Executive pass adds reserved seats on the main stage, food, drinks and parking, and a fast lane at registration.
Discounts and group bookings
The ticket page offers a 25 percent discount code to new subscribers of the organizer's newsletter. For groups of five or more, the organizer takes bookings at hello@ai-hub-frankfurt.de and sends an offer. Cancellation follows the organizer's terms, linked from the ticket page. Side event partners handed their own codes to their guests in 2025; Finance Loop did so for its side event on October 30, 2025, with 50 percent off.
Which day is for finance?
