Women in finance Frankfurt
Women in finance in Frankfurt work across banking, investment management and financial technology. Professional networks support them with opportunities to learn from colleagues, find mentors and discuss progression in their careers. These connections can help someone entering the industry understand its roles and give experienced professionals a way to share knowledge.
The local network landscape includes associations and initiatives with different membership groups and professional aims. Formats such as mentoring and specialist workshops connect career questions with the practical work of financial services. Choosing a network depends on the support a person needs, whether that concerns a first industry role, management responsibilities or building a business.

Women in fintech, startups and digital assets
For women who found or build fintechs, the city's startup side has its own programs. The Frankfurt School Blockchain Center ran the DLT Talents program, which gave women education and opportunities in the blockchain sector.
Women who explain money on social media have an award category of their own: the Finfluencer Circle Award added Female Finance to its categories, next to Investment, Financial Education, M&A and Finance Book.
