Finteda

Finteda is a practitioner network for finance, technology and data that connects people who build financial systems. The network began as Fintech Devnight, a Frankfurt meetup for fintech developers, quantitative specialists and data engineers. Finteda holds invitation-only discussions hosted by banks, funds and data companies and publishes a record of each session afterward.

Finteda focuses on the technical and operational questions practitioners encounter in financial services, including quantitative technology, machine learning, WealthTech and RegTech. Participants exchange experience with peers who work on these systems and can explore a topic beyond a public conference panel. The program spans Frankfurt, London, New York, Paris and Zurich, connecting discussions across several financial centers.

What Finteda does

Finteda hosts practitioners from banks, funds and data firms to compare notes on systems and decisions they cannot discuss in public panels, then writes up a session record so the discussion reaches people who were not in the room. The topics are quantitative technology, machine learning, WealthTech, RegTech and applied AI in finance, and the audience is the people who build these systems.

The Frankfurt program from Finteda has run sessions titled "WealthTech, RegTech & Cloud" and "AI in Finance", and its calendar also lists Quant Devnight sessions in London and New York and a WealthTech gathering for Swiss wealth managers in Zurich. The current list is on the events page from Finteda.

Finteda and Finance Loop

Finance Loop and Finteda both support the Claude Hacker House series in Frankfurt, a hands-on build format for finance and technology practitioners. Finance Loop was also a partner of AI in Finance Paris from Finteda on applied AI in wealth management and investment, and Finteda presented the FinTech Founder & Investor Evening in Frankfurt together with the law firm Schalast and the wealth management software company Fincite, with Finance Loop as a partner. Finteda and Finance Loop were also co-organizers of the Frankfurt Quantum Finance Forum, a conference on quantum computing in finance that Frankfurt School of Finance & Management organized with Deutsche Bundesbank and IBM.

Finteda and Finance Loop

Finteda and Finance Loop have worked together on several events in Frankfurt and Paris: the Claude Hacker House series, AI in Finance Paris and the FinTech Founder & Investor Evening. Both networks bring finance and technology practitioners into the same room, and WealthTech, part of the Investment & Digital Assets track from Finance Loop, is one of the fields where their programs overlap.

Finance Loop is a professional network supporting the institutional use of emerging technologies in finance, such as AI, digital payments, cloud and blockchain solutions. Finance Loop helps its members build skills and personal networks in these fields: Investment & Digital Assets, Payments & Digital Money, Digital Infrastructure & Sovereignty, and Risk & Compliance.
