GFTN and Finance Loop partner up at Point Zero Forum

Frankfurt, Germany, on April 7, 2026. Finance Loop is announcing its partnership with the Global Finance and Technology Network (GFTN) for the Point Zero Forum 2026, joining a premier global platform dedicated to shaping the future of financial systems through policy dialogue, technological innovation and cross border collaboration.

Established by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in 2024, GFTN connects policymakers, financial institutions, and technology leaders. With a presence across Singapore, Tokyo and Berlin, GFTN convenes stakeholders from over 130 countries.

As part of this global ecosystem, Finance Loop will participate in the Point Zero Forum 2026, GFTNs flagship European platform held in Zurich from June 23-25, 2026. Into its fifth edition, the Forum is a unique collaboration between the Swiss State Secretariat for International Finance (SIF) and GFTN, organized in cooperation with leading institutions including the BIS Innovation Hub, MAS, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), and the Swiss National Bank.

Since its inception in 2022, the Point Zero Forum has established itself as a leading global platform for dialogue at the intersection of policy, finance and technology. It convenes central bankers, regulators, policymakers, industry leaders, and innovators to address critical developments shaping the global financial system. In 2025, the Forum brought together over 2000 participants from more than 60 countries, with a significant representation from the public sector, enabling meaningful engagement on global regulatory frameworks and financial innovation.

The 2026 edition, themed Where Finance Gets Rewired Trust, Technology, and the New Rules of Money, covers these topics:

• The transition of artificial intelligence, tokenization and quantum technologies from pilot phases to real world deployment
• The growing importance of digital sovereignty across major economies
• The emergence of always on, 24 7 financial systems and evolving global trade flows
• The development of new regulatory frameworks governing digital assets and AI
• The rise of new capital corridors across Europe, the GCC, India and ASEAN

The Forum has keynotes and closed door roundtables. Through this partnership, Finance Loop takes part in the exchange with the GFTN network.

The Point Zero Forum is an initiative of the Global Finance and Technology Network (GFTN) and the Swiss State Secretariat for International Finance to promote a policy and technology dialogue in Financial Services. Held annually in Zurich, Switzerland, the Forum convenes central bankers, regulators, policymakers, and industry leaders to address the latest developments in financial technology and the future of finance. Across a series of leadership dialogues, public private roundtables, deep dive workshops and networking events, the Forum aims to drive confidence, adoption and growth of transformative technology and assess and promote appropriate governance and risk frameworks. During the 2026 forum, 21X and Web3 Network hosted the side event Tokenization & On-Chain Capital Markets, two minutes on foot from the Kongresshaus.
