Fintech conference
Fintech conferences bring people developing financial technology together with banks, investors and supervisory specialists. Their programs cover products, infrastructure and the conditions for providing financial services. Participants can compare approaches to payments, lending, investment and other financial processes through presentations and discussions.
These conferences help financial institutions and technology providers understand one another's requirements and experience. Meetings can support the assessment of a product, a potential business relationship or a technical implementation. German locations include Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich and Dortmund, while European programs also take place in cities such as London and Amsterdam.

Finance Loop is a partner. Capital & Code, also in Frankfurt, covers stablecoins, tokenized funds and payments and admits no commercial booths. CONF3RENCE 2026 in Dortmund put emerging technology next to the traditional economy at a former coking plant, with Finance Loop as an official media partner.

Fintech conferences elsewhere in Europe
London holds several. FinovateEurope is built around short live demos of new products, and the city also has a fintech week and the FTT Fintech Festival. Money20/20 Europe in Amsterdam calls itself Europe's number one fintech event. Zurich has the Point Zero Forum on policy and technology in finance, where Finance Loop partnered with the organizer GFTN, and Copenhagen holds Nordic Fintech Week, as the fintechnews.ch calendar lists.
For digital assets inside fintech, crypto conferences in Europe sets out the institutional and developer events, and AI finance conferences in Europe does the same for AI.
How to choose a fintech conference
Start with the decision you have to make. A bank choosing a provider needs the fair where providers exhibit. A founder raising money needs the event where investors take meetings, and a compliance lead needs the program where supervisors speak. Then check who is in the room: the share of decision-makers, the split between banks and vendors, and whether the format leaves time for conversations, the points SoftwareMill's conference guide also makes.
